Damian is a key member of the leadership team. Alongside his wife Kylie, they led the Elders Penrith and Wallacia teams for over 10 years before merging and creating Aitken. A long-term resident of the Penrith area, Damian has lived, worked, and raised a family there while also owning businesses. With over 18 years in real estate, he specialises in the greater Penrith region, including land subdivisions, multi-story projects and rural sales.
